IC contact post/Appointments
(Feel free to use this post to have your character ICly contact Konan about things. This can be done through journals, or through her origami. If she's given your character origami before and they've either guessed or been told that she can use it as an extension of her senses, they can use it.
If you wish to use this post for appointments, by all means. Please put day, time and location in the subject line of your post for a meeting, and please specify journal or origami contact if you're using IC contact. Thanks!)

[Action - May 11th]
Minato's knock is answered at first by mewing before Konan quietly pads to the door and scoops up the fluffy white little animal before Angel tries to run down the hallway. She tucks the kitten under one arm as she opens the door.]
Please come in.
[Action - May 11th]
May I? [He gestures for the seat he found nearby with a nod.]
[Action - May 11th]
Aside from the cat supplies, those decorations are the only obvious signs that this apartment is lived in.]
By all means, Namikaze-san. Would you like some tea?
[Action - May 11th]
No, thank you. I'm fine. I came here to ask a few things that are better inquired personally. [Things that he thought he'll never ask.]
[Action - May 11th]
Go ahead.
[Just because her first guess is that he's here to talk about Madara doesn't necessarily mean it's correct, or that it's the only thing he came to talk about. His demeanour is a little less friendly than it had been over the journals, albeit still very polite.]
[Action - May 11th]
Do you know a man named 'Jiraiya'?
[Simple and straight to the point. He'd really rather not beat around the bush.]
[Action - May 11th]
I do. He's one of the Legendary Sannin.
[She nods her head, though she doesn't elaborate. She can take responsibility for her actions without disclosing more details than necessary.]
[Action - May 11th]
I see. [A contemplative nod.] I have been informed that this group called the 'Akatsuki' is responsible for his death and that this same group attacked our village - the same thing you mentioned you and this Nagato person did.
[He leaves it at that, feeling he had made his point clear, that he knows what he should know.]
[Action - May 11th]
[But that's not what he came to find out about and now that he was more specific, she will be as well.]
On the day that Jiraiya died, he infiltrated Ame to gain information.
[Action - May 11th]
And then?
[And then you and your organization killed him, Minato wants to add but he wants it to come from Konan herself.]
[Action - May 11th]
[Although under different circumstances, one of the others might. Much as she regrets her involvement in Jiraiya's death, some of it was simply circumstantial. If not for their past history, there wouldn't have been anything personal about it.
It's something she's reflected on in her time here. She'd simply shut herself off from most of her emotions - perhaps an admirable quality in a shinobi, but it made her cold and calculating and able to attack her old teacher without hesitation.]
[Action - May 11th] 1/2
But for a death to have a name so close to his heart is another matter entirely.]
[Action - May 11th]
Thank you for the information.
[Glancing at the direction of the closed door, he turns to make his leave.]
[Action - May 11th]
I am sorry for your loss and for my contribution to it, Namikaze-san.
[She can't even call it her loss, even if she does feel sad about Jiraiya's death and her part in it. She doesn't deserve to call it her loss. Not anymore. Making peace with Jiraiya was a little more benign than she deserved, even, but she has been trying to atone.]
[Action - May 11th]
I accept your apology. [A beat as his voice turns a little lower, almost hinted with sadness and unsung anger.] But it won't bring my Sensei back to life.
